Next Steps
The next phase involves the evaluation of these eligible proposals. The evaluation process will take place from September 2, 2024 to September 20, 2024. During this period, expert evaluators will assess the proposals based on their innovation potential, feasibility, and alignment with the goals of the HealthChain project.
By the end of September 2024, the results of the evaluations will be communicated to the applicants. Successful proposals will then proceed to sign the Sub-Grant Agreement, paving the way for the co-creation and piloting phase, which is set to begin in October 2024.
The HealthChain team is excited to see the innovative solutions that will emerge from these collaborations and looks forward to supporting the development and implementation of these projects across Europe.
Stay tuned for further updates as we continue to drive healthcare innovation forward!
