COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE
HealthChain is fostering the creation of a Community of Practice (CoP) with the initial HealthChain partners and the 5 Mirror Regions joining the consortium. These Mirror Regions are validating the demand-driven approach in their ecosystems.
Furthermore, additional regions outside the consortium will be joining the CoP. They will learn and adopt the HealthChain model, creating a network of regions to catalyze further opportunities during the project’s lifetime and beyond. This will result in building a sustainable Community of Practice.
The 5 selected Mirror Regions will receive financial and business support for implementing the HealthChain approach.
Each region comprises a Supporter, who leads and dynamises the ecosystem, and a Challenger, a healthcare organization with an innovation challenge to be solved in co-creation with an SME. The Solvers will be selected through an open call procedure to be launched later this year. Ecosystem supporters within these 5 Mirror Regions are HealthChain consortium partners.
Additionally, in the future, more regions will receive online group support and the opportunity to leverage the project’s learnings, adapting them to their own regional context.
