HealthChain empowers European SMEs to address real-life challenges proposed by healthcare organisations through co-created digital health solutions validated in real-world pilot settings. This public session showcases the outcomes of these collaborative innovation journeys. Selected SMEs will pitch their innovations , followed by an interactive Q&A with the audience to stimulate dialogue and knowledge sharing.
This event represents a unique opportunity for SMEs to increase visibility, validate market positioning, and explore strategic partnerships, highlighting the progression from clinical collaboration to market readiness, while attendees will get to discover some of the latest digital health innovations emerging across Europe — witnessing innovation in action.

• Nootric is a Spanish SME offering digital nutrition and health services across several countries. It enhances well-being through personalized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, utilizing innovative technologies.

• DigimEvo is a Spanish SME that leads in medical Point-Of-Care technology, enhancing patient education and engagement with an AI-powered platform that tailors audiovisual content and monitoring programs to personalize the patient journey.

• Promptly Health is a Portuguese health tech company on a mission to break down the barriers of fragmented and siloed healthcare data. As a MedTech SME, Promptly develops an advanced Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that enables the generation of real-world evidence (RWE).

• NEUROINOVA is a Portuguese SME dedicated to R&D of technologies in the field of cognitive diagnosis, monitoring, and rehabilitation.
NEUROINOVA will present a solution: Digital platform for rehabilitation (CogniVitra 2.0).
• VirtualCare is a Portuguese SME specializing in IT and biomedical solutions that improve healthcare by implementing innovative technologies in hospitals to enhance patient care and streamline delivery.

• Biromatik NT is a Slovenian company specializing in custom software development, maintenance, and the creation of tailored IT solutions designed to meet specific client requirements and enhance operational efficiency.

• DITA is a Slovenian SME dedicated to developing health care solutions that will support a digital transformation of healthcare organizations and the healthcare sector.

• BLUE Connecting Emotions is a Spanish SME that develops innovative digital solutions focused on improving social care and wellbeing.
